T-shirts with custom print and embroidery

Custom t-shirts are the most popular piece of promotional and corporate clothing: staff tees, event and trade-fair shirts, team shirts for runs and tournaments, school and university merch. At RAVEN you choose from models by brands including AS Colour, ID Identity, Daiber, Stanley/Stella and HAKRO – cotton, organic cotton and functional fabrics – and we decorate them in our own embroidery and printing plant. For printed t-shirts we use four techniques. Screen printing is the most economical for larger runs and bold, solid colours. DTG (direct-to-garment) printing on a Kornit printer reproduces photos and gradients in full colour. Transfer printing and flex foil are ideal for names, numbers and small logos. We recommend the technique for your artwork and quantity.

A small logo on the chest can also be embroidered. Embroidery is the most durable decoration and looks elegant on polo-weight and heavier tees; on light fabrics we use a stabilising backing so the logo keeps its shape. For a raised effect choose 3D embroidery.
